What are your opinions on this thing? I've had a rental one for a day now and my thoughts are:

- Not too big, but uses space very well.

- REALLY good MPG (64.1)

- 6-speed manual

- Pretty fun to drive, actually

- Cheap

I wish we had this sort of thing in America. Like, really a lot. I might consider buying a Lodgy if I had the option. It's a little ugly (especially in beige), but it's also different and you do stand out. Thoughts, Oppo?

If you want to talk dacia use this for your cover image.

I like it. Though I probably wouldn't get one. It is a good size (seems like it anyway, it looks to me to be similar to the Mazda 5).

I actually quite like that. I would drive one no problem.

It's more like a Mazda 3 in size. Three rows of seating are possible though.

I like it, but why the name? Does it mean something in Europe?

A very good question to which I have no answer. It sounds funny in French though. "Doge-y"

not bad. That seems like a very practical family car.

Depends which country you have in mind, but I think not. It's one of those names you pay someone to make up for you. Like Twingo or Avensis.

Not bad, I'm not the biggest fan of the wheels but besides that it looks pretty damn good.

Same here. Four-spokes almost never turn out how you'd hope.

Like all Dacia, I see them as appliances. Even though it got better with the newer models (I quite like the new Logen to be honest). First gen modern Dacias (like the Logan), I never understood the appeal. Crappy cars, crappy build quality (yeah I know, worth the price) and looks like crap... Why buy one when you can get a used recent car for less, tha will drive better and will look better too.

I quite like the new Dacias though especially the new Logans, Sanderos and Dokker.

Huh, weird, I thought at first it was supposed to be reminiscent of a wooden lodge, hence "Lodgy", but I honestly have no idea...great user name by the way...

I thought that Lodgy was gonna be an appliance, but it honestly reminds me of the old Mini. It's cheap, fun and weird.

Thanks! You're the second person to say that today, which is weird because I've been around here for awhile...
